Accident happened have insurance but company not paying money

Someone has hit my car on the road. FIR has been filed. Car has got some damages no injury to people. I have only 3rd Party coverage insurance, so I can't claim from my insurance company. What is the procedure for claiming through his insurance company? (his 3rf party coversge} Pls advice.
Hello, you can get compensation if you file a Civil suit for recovery of damages. Before going to Court you must get estimate by a qualified person about the quantum of loss. You have prove that the accident occurred due the opposite party negligible. Please take advice from Advocate. Good Luck.
