8 years have passed but still no final judgement for the case

Sir/mam,i have claim against icici insurance for motor accident on 27/1/2009. But after long time like 8 yera then also my case is not cimpleted yet.i asked my advocate that how much time more to complete my case but my advocate told not not fix yet and i dont know how much more time need because its depends on judge its not mt hand.so please help me this case is my father accidental death case. No one is here to help me,and i am student no one helping me please you help me please.

I am also practicing in Accident Case field and I can tell you that this happens in my cases too. I advice you to keep checking with your Advocate so that there is no negligence in your part.
