How can I file case against medical negligence by doctor

My wife delivered two male twins but expired same. day. Govt appointed 2 independent consultants who gave report as due to the negligence of the dr.Family members have filed case against the dr even at Medical council of India. We are from middle class family with very limited support.No one from dr side tried to contact us . I was working in a hospital , my efforts were recognisedbut when FIR lodged I was suspended from job w/o giving any explaination two times it happened.We have limited resources all of our family members are in tension/fear
