Doctors not giving details about the problem. can we take legal action. the doctors are saying that its a medical thing they have no come across
If the doctors are genuinely unable to diagnose the patient then it would be best to seek a second opinion. You could however prefer a consumer claim if there has been some harm done to the patient due to the negligence of the doctors. Mere inability to diagnose the problem will not constitute sufficient grounds to proceed against the doctors. You may also report the matter to the Indian Medical Council.
