Baby was injured during birth can we claim for compensation ?

My childs right shoulder suffered erbs palsy due to negligence of the doctor's who has done the delivery. Since then the child and we have been suffering.can we file a case against the hospital and doctors? Also can we claim a compensation?
You should file a complaint in the Consumer Forum for a case of medical negligence.
The burden is on you to prove that the doctor has not taken reasonable care, and was negligent. You might get compensation if you are able to win the case.
