Aborted 1st pregnancy cause of surgery done during pregnancy
20-Aug-2023 (In Medical Negligence Law)
Gone through gall stone surgery and I wasn't aware that I was pregnant and doctors also ignored it later my gynecologist suggest to abort as the embryo was exposed to anesthesia drugs which can cause risk of abnormalities in the new born child. Now I am clue less what should I do in this case. The doctors and hospital are casual about it pl. Suggest me what legal action we can take against the hospital and the doctors.
Its ckear case of medical negligence and agaist professional code of conduct of the doctors. You should give legal notice to the doctors and hospital through a lawyer and thereafter file case in consumer forum.
