Noida Authorities hold meeting after Yogi Adityanath issues directions

After the directions were issued by the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to the concerned authorities of Noida and Greater Noida, a meeting was organized by three authorities for implementing a much effective work plan to make 50,000 flats available to the buyers in the next three months.

Considering which the Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway authorities have decided to hold meetings with the developers from Friday which will be focused on to discuss all the possible way out which can be implemented to overcome the issues.

& quot We will implement CM's directions. We have called upon a meeting with the builders on Saturday. We will first discuss with them their work plan then will try to sort out ways if they are facing any issues. Hopefully, we will come out with something concrete to make clear ways for the handover of fifty thousand units in next three months. We are also focused on home buyers as they have been harassed by the builders since past many years,& quot said a senior official of Noida authority.

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) has also taken steps to resolve the sufferings of homebuyers who are facing impede in delivery of flats and are now overlooked with losing out to secured creditors under insolvency procedure.

The decision has also given a major relief to the home buyers. & quot It is a great relief to the buyers. We hope the execution now takes place in a smooth manner. We also hope that the quality of construction is not compromised if it comes to the handover of a large number of units in a short span of time,& quot said Indrish Gupta, co-founder, Noida Extension Flat Owner's Welfare Association (NEFOWA).
