Which witnesses are needed in Rental agreement

can the family members witness the Rental agreement, My dad is the Landlord and i am the son witnessing the agreement...and from the Tenants side, "wife" is witnessing.... Is it Legal according to law...please answer

If rent agreement is denied or terms there in are denied then independent witness is required. Better get a third party as witness. Testimony of relative is some times dubbed as interested evidence. More suggetions in person

Yes you can the family members witness the Rental agreement, Your dad is the Landlord and your the son you can witnessing the agreement...and from the Tenants side, "wife" is witnessing.... Yes. .,Is it Legal according to law...
