What to do when landlord is deducting unnecessary amount from security

I am a tenant in bangalore. I have left the apartment which i rented out with 2 more girls and given the security deposit of 1.5lacs. We agreed that owner will deduct one month rent as painting charges, but now she is deducting a large sum of money in the name of repairing. The locks that were not there she is claiming that we broke them. And the rust in kitchen is also chargeable according to her. How should i get my money back?
You had a rent agreement with your landlord or not? If yes then did she mention all these facts in the agreement or not? If these are not mentioned then she cannot deduct any extra amount. You can send her a legal notice for recovery of balance amount of your security
