What to demolish building due to bad state, tenants refusing to vacate

I m sandeep gupta (hindu) Mere kirayedar 30 saal se bhi purane hai, jis hisse me rehte hai wo bilkul jarjar halat me hai, humne city magistrate ke yaha ek case file kiya hai building demolation ka lekin lucknow nagar nigam ne notice di hai ki repairing krwa lijiye jb ki building ki halat bahut kharab hai aur repairing nhi ho skti hai, kirayedar repairing krne k liye dabaw bana rhe hai jb ki unke paas lucknow me hi khud ki propertys hai lekin paise lene ki chahat me mujhe pareshan kr rhe hai hum kya kare?
For proper solution you will have to provide the lease agreement (If Any), if there is no agreement then, you can serve them a proper notice regarding the eviction. However, if they still deny the same then you can file an eviction suit against your tenants.
