I have a commercial shop for rented out.tannents wants to take it as rent for 10years. After 10 years if tannents doesn't vacated it what step I can take to vacate them. How much time will take to vacate tannents.
To get the property by the tenant, you have to file a suit for possession against the Tenant in the local civil court.
Thereafter, then the court can direct the Tenant to vacate the shop or get the same vacated.
