Sir i want to know what is the new law for mulageni... will it be abolished... and if the temple is the muladar will the right comes to tentant ???
The question is confusing whether asking about zamindari system or Raitwari system of acquisition need confirmation to give appropriate answer
Any how on given fact if temple is the muladar how tenant acquires right, the word tenant specifies limited interest over the same to make use of the same

The Mulageni Abolition Act 2011/12 has not yet been implemented fully by the govt. Therefore. there can not be any transfer of ownership including in the case of temple being Muladar, till the Act is implemented completely.
