Want to vacate the shops from the tenants planning to buy property

Hello sir , I m going to purchase the property situated in Moradabad City U.P. which has 3 shops.All 3 shops are on rent by owner to the tenants.2 tenants are on rent for last 15 years, 1 tenant are on rent for last 7 years. Sir I want to purchase that property but tenants are not agree to vacant the shop. Will I purchased that property or not bcz all shops are on rent ? What is the legal procedure to vacant the property from tenats and in how much time property will be vacant through court ? My religion is Hindu and all tenants are Hindu and owner of property also Hindu.
in this case you can send the tenant a legal notice and ask him to vacate the property. further, if he does not comply with the terms of the notice then you can file an eviction suit under the provisions of special relief act and civil procedure code.
