Want tenant is not paying the rent and also not vacating the shop

have a leave and licence agree-ment of 11 months.The tenant has pending dues of around 92000/. Inspite of promise to pay the amount he failed to comply and suddenly vanished. I applied my interlocs in the shop. His physical inventy is nil except a table and chair. A day after i applied locs i saw a small chinese lock on one side of shutter. He is notorious economic offender and is forging to get credit cards from various banks not only in his name but for others aswell. I need your advice and any police action besides other legal options
First of all we suggest that you should send him a legal notice thereby asking him to make the payment and further terminate the agreement forthwith and seek your possession. Since he has left the premises so, you further lodge a police complaint thereby informing that certain items have been stolen.
