Want legal solution for room mates harassment

Dear Sir / Mam, We 5 members were staying in 2 BHK house, we paid Rs. 8000 each one as a advance amount during June 2015. one of my room mate wanted to get marry, he said he will continue to stay in same house with her wife. I have objected the same by saying I haven' information before coming to this house or till Sep.2015. If suddenly says, it's very hard to get another House. Any way on Humanity background I have decided to leave house if he pays my advance amount Rs 8000 back. I have been asking all the room members since Sept.2015. No body is responded back. Whenever question arise
