Validity of Agreement with tenant for 11 months in court

My existing tenant staying in my house for 8 years.I asked him to vacate.He requested me to allow 2 more years and prepared to offer Agreement with me,land lord renewable for every 11 months from now onwards.Can I take the agreement as offered by my tenant and how far it is valid in the court of law.Pl kindly let me know whether I can take the agreement offered by my tenant to continue him two more years as desired by him or better to ask him to vacation the house and to let out my house to a new tenant with agreement.pl kindly guide me on the matter.

If you are willing to continue the tenancy then you have to be thorough with the clauses of the rent-agreement.
And if you want to end the tenancy , then in this case you have to provide a notice 60 days prior.
and if your tenant deny to comply with the eviction then file a suit for Eviction of Tenant in Civil Court. but it is lengthy process of laws.
