Under pagadi system if I sublet the house to tenant do I have to pay

Hi I have a house which is under Pagadi system, I am the tenant. Now I have rented the house to another person, so do the Landlord have any right in the remuneration that I receive from the sub tenant (person) i have rented the house. If yes what payment needs to be done to landlord. I pay monthly 250 rs as Rent for my house to LandLord
In pagadi system you do not become the owner of the property and you cannot sub let the premises without the consent of your owner. Please dicuss with him and take necssary action.Further yes you are required to pay him the rent amoun.So we suggest that you should speak to the owner and settle the matter amicable.
