Unauthorized person staying in property from 30 years how to vacate

There is one unauthorized person staying in my property for more than last 30 years, now she is ill and admitted in hospital , can i take possession of those 2 room immediately? She do not have any issue , can her relative(Brother/sister) have the right to stop me. Please advise what do i do?
