Took loan from landlord he locked the house without notice

Hello Sir, i took a hand loan of 45k from my house owner and have been paying interest for the same, past 2 months my Owner has been pushing us for the principal amount and we are unable to arrange the same , i went out of town for 3 days and came to know that they have locked our house , can i file a police complaint against him ?

Your landlord cannot force you out of the home. If you have a rent agreement you can file a complaint against your landlord based on your rent agreement for forceful eviction without notice. 
To recover the loan amount from you, your landlord needs to file a civil case of recovery against you.
