To get my space vacant from sbi given for ATM

I have given my space to sbi for atm on rent and the agreement was of 3 years which is complete, I want my space vacant from sbi, what legal action should I take, I have given an application to sbi manager but no action has been taken.
In this case you can file a case under the civil procedure code and also there are various provisions in Special Relief act to ensure the rights of ownership as well as the rights of possession. If you think that the other party need to evict the property then you can go for an eviction suit.
