Tenant took stay order after appeal what should I do now

M lower court se case jeet chuka hun or lakin kirayedaar ne rent deposit karaa kr aage session court me apeel kr di or order pe stay lugwa le. pehle punchaayat the lakin ab cummetty aane ki sumbhaawna hai. In case ager aati hai to Kya ab order ruk jayega. Or shop khaali nahi hogi.or ab muje kya kerna chahiye.or kya cummetty me hum shop khaali nahi karaa sukte?

If the order of eviction has been stayed by the appellate authority then you cannot evict the tenant unless you get the stay vacated. You strategy should be to ensure that the appeal is disposed of as early as possible in your favour.
