Tenant staying for 25 years now capturing our land. What to do?

My grandfather had a land of 2 katah at garia, bramhapur . My parents was trustee of the property. Both of them passed away. There was a tenant placed near 25 years ago, it has been many time. Now we came to know that they are just capturing the land by making random rooms. Is there any way to get back the land and how can we?

You need to file a civil suit for declaration and injunction with respect to the property. in the meantime you need to file a written complaint with the local police station regarding the illegal construction. Also, you need to let us know who is/are the owner of the property as both the trustees are not alive now.

Pls mentioned the provisions of your Trust deed..... thereafter I will suggest you what to do.because it is necessary to ascertain who are the present trustees of your trust deed
