Tenant rented garage 30 yrs ago refusing to vacate now

Tenants who had taken our garage on rent about 30 years back are refusing to vacate it. As a result we had to hire a parking space elsewhere far off from the house. Is there a way to get back our garage?
Yes. you can have right to get back your Garage. At first you send a Notice against him to vacate the Tenancy Premises for you personal need. If he did not vacate the premises then either go to HRC or direct to file Suit before the Civil Judge for vacate your premises.
