Tenant not vacating the house
02-May-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
My relatives are living in my home on rent. Now, they are not giving rent and also not leaving the house. What can I do as per law for getting back my home.
If there is a breach of condition by the tenent, then issue legal notice to vacate the house within specified days, if he failed to respond your notice then file a suit for eviction.
Notice is must. Failure to pay the rent by the tenent amounts to defaulter. You have got good ground to evict the tenent legally.
