Tenant not vacating shop even after eviction notice, what to do next

My tenent is not paying rent to me ..I sent notice to my tenent but still he is not moving out of my shop..next step what should I do
You already said you had issued a notice but you did not specify for what you had given the notice. Anyway file a case before the concerned court for eviction, damages, arrears of rent and get appropriate orders.

You did not mentioned as to what is the amount of rents. Firstly you have to send the legal notice through advocate and then have to file a court case for removal of tenant from the premises. Reasons have to be given as to why you want to have the premises for and what use you want to use the shop for.
