Tenant not vacating house even after court orders

tenent has accepted that he is defaulter from 2012 onwards court has given order to submit the rent in five weeks in last week he has made an appel and has gone to lower court on what basis he has made the appel when he is already a defulter how does the court grant him permission when he has not diposited the rent amount to the court

The question you have provided is not clear/ incorrect. Once the order has been given by the court it cannot be challenged in a lower court. The order of a lower court can only be challenged in a court of a higher jurisdiction.
