I am living in pg and will leave on 7 Oct .Yesterday I asked him about my security money. He said that he won't repay your security money. There is nothing written papers etc pay receipt, rules etc. What should I do sir
How much is the security money? And what is the reason for refusing to give the security money. He cannot deny to give the money back to you as security money is refundable. You can first request him to return back the money and letter send him a legal notice to recover the money
