Tenant not paying rent what can I do

I gave my commercial godown on rent to 2 partner for flour mill at 8000per month excluding electrical bill from November2015 but only one of them has made agreement on his name but it was not attested from feb2016 they are not paying me rent money as they both got dispute. I have machinery at my primcess. So kindly suggest me how to reviled my rent money and the machinery belongs to the 2nd partner who is witness in agreement
You can send him an urgent late rent notice including many features and if does not reply for the same to you can issue a Eviction notice to your tenant.
If the tenant still does not pay the rent, you may approach the court under the Rent Control Act and file a suit for eviction and arrears of rent before the appropriate court.
