Tenant not paying arrears and other dues what action can I take

delhi high court ordered tenant to pay user charges at current market rate to landlord under the law stated in atma ram properties vs federal motors and also ordered to clear the arrears/dues in three weeks. but tenant did not complied with the order three weeks time is over and no previous arrears has been cleared, no single payment has been done. what should be the appropriate step to take in this situation?? and please provide some judgement on this issue of non payment of arrears/user charges. non compliance of the order
You should be filed an execution petition and necessary direction and also contempt of court petition befotr the high court for non compliance of direction given bt the court. Later will provide you the judgements
