Tenant has not paid rent what to do

Dear sir, I had a tenant with 11 month agrement which lasted on 20th april we ask him to leave now but that time he tolerated. Finaly yesterday he leave the room but he locked the room he had only 2 ceiling fans in 2 bhk room. He leave his car on road side and a bike in front of gate, bike is too old and damaged. Please advice me what to do... he also not paid last 3.5 months rent.
The property under tenancy can be vacated form the tenants by moving the petition before the rent controller in the court. I shall advise you to file the petition seeking eviction of the tenants from your property on the ground of non-payment of rent and also for for your personal need as well.
