Tenant forcing to evict after 23 years of tenancy

i live in a house with my family for 23 yrs.after 2005 we stopped giving rent as suggested by the owner.but problem started when we protest against her illegal relationship with others.it continued as cold war but now she told us to leave her house immediately.In that situation i need a proper help and want to know is there ny legal chance to win over her in that fight?

The fact remains that you are only a tenant not a land lord or lease holder. Irrespective of tenancy period you cannot claim a right to possession under the guise of tenancy agreement. At the same time, until the termination or completion of tenancy period agreed in the agreement, the land lord cannot evict you from the premises. Even assuming that you or landlord disputes anything with regard to tenancy, the land lord or you has to approach concerned rent controller court for necessary retention /eviction order.
