Tenant changed the name of the firm and giving invoices in new name

My commercial tenants have without our knowledge changed the name of the firm and its constitution and have started invoices in the new name. They have even issued the rent cheque in the new name. We have not deposited the cheque in our account. What should we do.

New agreement should be executed immediately and take legal help from your nearest lawyer. May I know the last agreement was initiated on which date and what is the expiry date of that agreement? Along with address.
