At this point of time, assuming that no temporary injunction has been granted by the Ld. Court against you, a Written Statement needs to be filed by you before the Hon'ble Court. The same needs to be done as soon as possible since there is limitation bar on the filing of WS after a certain time. Also you need to contest their prayer for any temporary injunction. Since the matter has moved to Court, you need to contest the suit, as no other recourse is available to you.
