18-Aug-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Staying on rent for 40 years. Now owner gave property for redevelopment. the rented area is of 100 sq ft. What are out rights as tenants?
were you and the landlord having any agreement since 40 years. what does the agreement state. you need to be clear that the owner of the property can sell, redevelop or even as you to vacate the premises. but the landlord has to give you a notice period to leave the said premises to look for a new suitable place to stay.
