Safeguards regarding rent agreement with multiple partners

I rented out a property on 25th May 2015 commercial to 3 partner on behalf of partnership deed among them in which 1 partner did not invest any capital after 6months i was turned up one partner that the one who did not had investment is not able to bear loss so he is not coming and 2nd partner also wants to hand over his share to mom against which i got partnership deed of 2 partner one old and one new (mom of 2nd) and retirement of 1 partner as the 3rd who had no investment did not replied any call so did the fresh rent agreement ..now after 1 and half year he has sent notice to me that you should not have made fresh rent agreement without my resignation..what should i do

presently your duty is to issue a Notice against all the partners including the Firm. and if they did not response, then file a Petition before the HRC. It is not your duty to go each and every partner for asking for rent. It is their duty to give you rent properly.
