Return of advance sum

My former landlord is refusing to pay back the advance against rent. I have vacated the house. What is the correct course of action for me now?
As per terms and condition you can take back your amount froml land Lord after certain deduction as applicable from time to timeelsr u can file case in court of law you can contact for filing the recovery suite if any
Hi, Is there any agreement on the basis of which you are seeking refunds ? Have you complied with all the terms & condition written in that agreement ? If there is no agreement, then it would be quite difficult to get the refunds back.
