Rented shop half of the portion has been sub rented to someone

Tenant is having rented shop for more than 20 years. He has sub rented 60% to 70% of shop area to someone on cash basis (without owner permission) and in balance he has his own office. Sub rented tenant keeps his goods for display as well as also sell from there. What evidence landlord should get which can prove in court that main tenant has sub rented to someone-eles without landlord permission in court

You should gather the evidences like picture of the said premises which have been sub-let by the tenant to the third party also, you can also, provide relevant and concrete proof that the said premises have been sub-let by the said tenant.
