Relatives are staying on rent and we want them to vacate the house

query is the rented flat with 40 yrs of stay without agreement and rent receipt is on the name of person who is not alive. and owner is not keen to do any thing like changing name to other person staying there ... in that case what all options are there pls help
Till the time owner does not ask you to vacate, you should stay and pay your rent regularly
