Regarding wrong Rent demand by landlord what to do
24-Apr-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
I am residing in Lodge in Ranchi I am depositing rent to my landlord in advance bt now I want to leave then the landlord told me that I have not paid her rent in one month bt I have paid her rent in time to time neither she told me that in which month I have not deposited rent nor he told me any time about this .I want to know what can I do ?
dear client...
nothing you need to do rather just leav the lodge and say you already paid ask for
rent receipt
or register were he note downs the pyment received..... if he can not show then you need not pay any thing.
