This is a selection out of competitive examinations and the candidates are selected after considering various aspects. You dont have right to ask the selectors to select you, the parameters set out for selection would not have been met by you. There is nothing that you can do legally about it until you suspect some mal practice and have evidences to prove that you have been made a victim for not meeting some extraneous demands by the selectors. Better try in the next batch or look for some other more prospective job/employment.
