My grandmother has leased out a property to a lesse . My grandmother has expired . My father wants to take repossession of the property . My father are two brothers. The lease expires after ten years . How can we move out the lesse and the sum paid for the property is low . We are Hindu by relegion
You will have to look into the lease agreement as to whether there was any clause mentioning the termination the lease. Also, you will have to provide a proper notice atleast 2 months prior to the termination and then after that you can provide compensation to the lesse and then thereafter you can take the possession of the property.
