Owner wants to sell the flat and causing disturbance to tenant

Hello, I have recently taken a 1 bhk flat in sangvi (pimpri chinchwad, pune) by paying broker fees (10,000) + deposit (25,000) on 23rd may. Initially owner + broker had committed us to make rent agreement. But now they are ready to do it. Also, owner has to sell the flat now. so every sat-sun he sends different customers,brokers to see the flat. This thing was not cleared, mentioned to us. I am really frustrated now and i need to search other flat for me. Please help. Owner is not saying to move out but he is not ready to make agreement and he want every Saturday Sunday free to show flat .
