Notice for increase of rent at the expiry of the previous agreement

I Mr mazumdar my flat at Pune given on rent for 11 months which has already finished. It was communicated to tenant that after 11 months rent will hiked 10 % but he has continue with old rent. Also he is over stay for 02 months, please guide me in which legal format should I give him notice for vacant or increase of rent.

Dear Querist,
There is no strait jacket format for a notice. You need to incorporate the facts and depending on your terms of agreement you need to send a notice with options to the licensee to enter into fresh leave and license agreement or vacate the flat with legal consequences

Send him a detailed notice mentioning about the hike was told to him verbally and his continues stay for 2months on the older rent.
Asking him to vacate the premises on or before the specific date.
Mention that of he fails to vacate than an appropriate legal action will be taken against him.

Mr . muzumdar first at all u give notice to tenant to vacant d flat within 15 days
and mention there our agreement already finished under Maharashtra rent control act.
otherwise u have right to file Civil and criminal complaint against tenant.
