No clause of extension will leasee vacate the land if lease gets over

My question is that my Father give our land to Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd on lease for 30+20 yrs. It will expiry on 2017. Now there is no clause like further renew or extension. In this circumstances they will vacate the land after expiry or not. Please help.

Upon the expiry of the lease period the tenant (bharat petroleum in your case) has to vacate the premises and hand over possession to you. In the event it does not do so you have the right to approach the court for their eviction as well as for suitable damages / compensation for the entire period of their overstay

If you do not want them to continue with the lease you may give them a notice if so stipulated in the lease deed.
Otherwise as per the general law relating to lease after expiry of the period as contemplated in the lease deed the tenant has to vacate.
