My tenant is neither paying rent nor vacating

He is not paying rent and not vacating the house from 3-4 months. what legal actions we can do ?

If the tenant is not paying rents first you have to send a legal notice asking him to pay the arrears of rent and if he still is not paying the rents then you can file an eviction suit that is that to remove the tenant from your premises . You can contact with the documents to proceed further.

you can send him an urgent late rent notice includes many features and if does not reply for the same to you can issue a Eviction notice to your tenant.
If the tenant still does not pay the rent, you may approach the court under the Rent Control Act.
