30-Apr-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Making house rent agreement is whose responsibility ? borrower or owner ? I have an agreement on 2013 and it was written on renewal of agreement on every year there will be 10% increase of rent fare but he has not revised the agreement so I was continued to send the same amount, now when I want to leave he is deducting all amount from my advance money can any one advice me and help me out from this.
Both the landlord and tenant are responsible to make the rent agreement. If the rent agreement was not renewed then the landlord cannot deduct from the security deposit.
You can send a legal notice to your landlord to claim your security deposit. If the landlord fails to return the security deposit then you can file a civil suit for recovery of security deposit amount.
