Legal document for giving a house on 5years Lease
05-Oct-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Aspiring tenant wants my house in Bangalore on Lease for 5 years. He is ready to pay Lease amount(interest free)of Rs.10/-Lakhs.
Suggest me how to go about legal safety for both tenants and owner
In order to safeguard interest of both parties, consider executing a Lease Agreement. A lawyer can help you draft it. I also recommend registering it with the jurisdiction Sub-Registrar's Office. This is a good form of protection for both in case of a dispute in the future.
