Legal action against apartment president

I stay in our apartment which is registered as per law but the president and his team take wrong decissions without consulting owners.Can i issue legal notice?
Yes in this case you can send him a legal notice stating your demands. However under the Societies registration for making the rule for the society , there should be a written consent of majority of members. If he is making the bye laws without the consent of the members then it would be deemed invalid in the eyes of law.
