Landlord trying to evict us what can I do

Hi, I am having problem with my landlord, we did an agreement for 5yers now he is trying to vacant us, simply putting blames on us, please guide us what to do. Thanks

In such a case terms and condition of the contract prevails. In case of a lock in period, the landlord cannot evict you before the expiry of the agreement.
If you have a written lease, your landlord probably has to have a reason to evict you.
If you are a tenant at will (no lease), your landlord can evict you without giving a reason.Landord can evict tenant only on grounds of bonafied requirement or if tenancy terms are voilated . He cannot arbitraryly evict a tenant from rented accomodation . If he does so , tenant can move civil court
