landlord send people to see flat due to which I get disturbed

I recently shifted to a 1 RK flat in Goregaon West. The owner of the room is a friend and he had told me that he plans to sell the flat in the future. The chairman of the flat is also the broker who is looking for a buyer for the flat. The problem is the Chairman keeps sending people to see the flat at any odd times or calls me at anytime which has become a source of annoyance for me. Inspite of paying my rent on time I feel that I have no privacy. Especially when on the weekend I am trying to relax and someone turns to look into the flat. Is there a solution to this problem.
In case of inconvenience faced by you, you can complain it to the owner of the flat. If the owner fails to solve the problem, you can serve the notice and leave the flat.
